What's your dream HR project?
My dream HR project would be working for a small family run business and implementing some simple processes that make a big difference to them – streamlining processes and freeing up their time for other things.
What's your favourite HR trend?
My favourite HR trend is more flexible working – about time this became more widespread and ‘usual’ – it’s hard to do life and work and this just makes everything so much easier.
What are the key skills you're looking forward to growing in your work with Zest HR??
I’m looking forward to growing more technical skills around HRIS system implementation and development along with developing my ‘consultancy’ skills as this is the first time working in this way.
